Shipping
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Because our decor ships directly from our partner warehouses, delivery in the continental US typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. Orders over $75 ship free; all other orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Large or fragile items like signs and lanterns are packed with extra care and may ship separately.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If you do not, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged in transit?
It happens, and we will fix it. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement right away.
