How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship directly from our partner warehouses. Most US orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
If something is not right, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with an exchange or refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Are your pumpkins and garlands real?
Most of our decor is high-quality faux so you can enjoy it every fall. Product pages note the materials for each item.
Can I use your decor outdoors?
Items in our Porch & Outdoor collection are made for covered outdoor spaces. Other items are best kept indoors away from rain and direct sun.
